Senior Product Owner DevSecOps

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Owner DevSecOps to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will own the product vision and roadmap for DevSecOps capabilities that support secure, high-quality digital delivery in a healthcare environment. You will partner closely with Agile teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into prioritized technical requirements and measurable outcomes. The position requires strong collaboration across technology and business partners to improve developer quality, clarify customer needs, and drive incremental value delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate the product vision and roadmap to Agile teams
• Build and maintain a product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
• Prioritize backlog items to support incremental value delivery
• Define and maintain backlog epics, features, and user stories
• Provide subject matter expertise and clarify customer requirements
• Drive quality and innovation in team deliverables
• Define key metrics for reporting on product status

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 5+ years of technical experience, including 3+ years in application security or DevSecOps
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
• Independent judgment on complex issues
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for improving consumer experiences and developer quality
• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, SAFe, and Agile methodologies

Pay

Compensation: $104,000 – $143,000 annually
