Accountabilities

  • Owning complex customer onboarding journeys, ensuring successful data transformation, platform adoption, and long-term customer outcomes.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients while improving internal processes and enabling scalable operations through collaboration and innovation.
  • Leading end-to-end onboarding projects for strategic customers, managing timelines, communication, risks, and delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Guiding clients through data migration, mapping, transformation, and optimization processes to ensure accurate and effective platform adoption.
  • Analyzing and interpreting complex financial datasets, investment structures, and legal agreements across private equity, venture capital, real estate, credit, and other alternative investment areas.
  • Advising customers on data structures and workflows that support both immediate implementation needs and long-term platform success.
  • Serving as an escalation point for complex onboarding challenges, providing expertise and driving effective solutions.
  • Partnering with Product, Engineering, Project Management, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless customer experience.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve onboarding processes, documentation, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Mentoring and supporting other onboarding team members by sharing expertise, best practices, and operational knowledge.
  • Building and optimizing AI-supported workflows for recurring onboarding activities, including data mapping resources, migration tracking, customer documentation, and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Strong experience managing complex financial data, enterprise implementations, and customer-facing projects.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced client-facing environment.
  • Experience designing and implementing AI workflows across multiple tools or data sources with measurable business impact.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including complex data analysis and manipulation.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong customer advisory skills with the ability to influence decisions and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in evolving environments with changing priorities and complex challenges.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and data tools such as SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring teammates or leading projects is a plus.
