About the role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our dynamic team at Inflection.io. As a key member of our marketing automation platform, you will be responsible for enhancing customer communication and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts with sales and customer success.
• Utilize data analytics to optimize campaigns and improve overall marketing performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing automation platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
