About the role

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Deel HR products to support revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify market opportunities and customer segments to drive product adoption.
  • Craft clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging for HRIS emphasizing its value in compliance, efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align positioning with customer needs and competitive insights.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to design multi-channel campaigns that generate demand and nurture prospects through the funnel.
  • Measure and optimize campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Create enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies, to equip sales teams with tools to close deals.
  • Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product improvements and positioning.
  • Track market trends and provide actionable insights to the Product team.
  • Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Advocate for customer needs and feedback in product development discussions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in product marketing in SaaS, ideally in payroll/HR tech.
  • Strong understanding of domestic payroll processes and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Exceptional skills in positioning, storytelling, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience working with Lifecycle marketing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission. Salary ranges are quoted in USD as a consistent global reference. Your offer will be localized to your country's currency using a market-aligned conversion. Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
