About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, chat, and social media. Conducting initial assessments, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate departments.
  • Resolve customer issues independently or with guidance from supervisors.
  • Contribute to team goals by maintaining high quality standards and meeting performance metrics.
  • Train and assist new agents in handling customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in customer service or related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications
