Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategy, owning direction for governance and compliance features
  • Independently lead the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
  • Prioritize product features to enhance competitiveness and drive customer adoption
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve customer retention and revenue opportunities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and validate product requirements
  • Evaluate market trends and competitive positioning to inform product innovations
  • Collaborate with engineering to translate business priorities into technical solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of proven product management experience, ideally in SaaS or governance-related fields
  • In-depth knowledge of governance, risk, compliance (GRC), and identity governance concepts
  • Experience with enterprise applications like Microsoft, Oracle, or Salesforce is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage product areas and roadmaps in complex settings
  • Strong customer-centric approach with skills in translating market insights into product strategies
  • Technical understanding of software development and product architecture
