Senior Product Manager, Terminal Hardware & Peripherals

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for lottery terminal hardware and peripheral devices.
• Translate customer, retailer, and business needs into clear product requirements.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, operations, and commercial teams.
• Lead hardware lifecycle management activities, including sustaining engineering initiatives, certifications, compliance updates, and quality improvements.
• Analyze product performance, reliability, and operational data to identify opportunities for enhancement.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to inform product decisions and future investments.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new hardware products, enhancements, and lifecycle strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, hardware product development, hardware lifecycle management, or a related field.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working with hardware products, retail technology, POS systems, terminals, kiosks, peripherals, or embedded technologies is highly valued.
• Passion for solving problems, improving customer experiences, and bringing innovative products to market.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, hardware product development, or a related field.

Pay

The estimated starting compensation range is $90,746 - $200,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.
