We need to output HTML fragment only, with sections for headings where content exists. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Position Description: includes intro about role, mission, etc. Could be "About the role". We'll put that as

About the role

with paragraphs. - Why ServiceTrade: maybe part of About the role or separate? Could be "About the company" but not in list. We could incorporate into About the role or maybe "About the role" includes why ServiceTrade. We'll keep as part of About the role. - About You: could be Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We have "Knowledge and Skills" with Required and Preferred. Also "About You" paragraph describing experience. We'll map: - Responsibilities: from "Key Responsibilities and Activities:" bullet list. - Requirements: maybe "Required:" list under Knowledge and Skills. - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred:" list? Or we could treat Qualifications as required? But we have both Required and Preferred. Could put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications, and Skills maybe separate? But we have Skills heading also. The instruction: Use headings only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Responsibilities, Requirements (Required), Qualifications (Preferred), Skills (maybe from Knowledge and Skills includes skills). Could combine Skills with Requirements? But better to separate: Requirements = Required, Qualifications = Preferred, Skills = maybe list of skills from Knowledge and Skills (like technical acumen, communication, etc). However the Required list already includes many skills. Might be redundant. But we can still output sections if they have distinct content. - Benefits: we have benefits list under "What kind of benefits do you offer?" with bullet list. - Pay: not mentioned (no salary). So we should NOT include Pay section. - Schedule: not mentioned. So omit. - Also we have "A few things you’ll want to know:" includes description of ServiceTrade, working environment, etc. Could be part of About the role or separate "About the company". Not in headings list. Could incorporate into About the role. - Also "What does ServiceTrade do?" etc. Could be part of About the role. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Want to know more? Go ahead and apply! Let’s get to know each other." and the state list? The state list is part of eligibility; maybe consider it substantive? It's about where you must reside. Could be considered a requirement (location). Might be worth including as a short paragraph under Requirements or maybe as a note. But the instruction: remove duplicated lines, application instructions. The state list is not exactly application instruction but a requirement. Could include as a short p under Requirements. However we must not invent sections. We'll include it as a paragraph under Requirements maybe. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the state list exactly as given? Probably we can keep it as a sentence: "You must reside in one of the states listed to be considered: (AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA)". That's substantive. We also need to keep the description of ServiceTrade, working environment, etc. Now produce HTML. Structure:

About the role

At ServiceTrade, you’ll build technology that matters — for your career, your team, and the thousands of commercial contractors who rely on our platform every day. We’re on a mission to partner with commercial trades to deliver technology that enhances technician productivity, improves customer experiences, and drives scalable growth. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Stella AI who’s excited to make an impact. In this role, you will be responsible for leading product strategy and execution within Stella, ServiceTrade's suite of agentic AI products. This role bridges product execution with strategic leadership—balancing hands-on product ownership with cross-functional collaboration, at a moment when technology, data, and AI are reshaping how essential service work gets done. You'll lead initiatives for high-impact, AI-powered features, partnering with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to drive adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.

Why ServiceTrade: You’ll belong here from the start. We bring together kind, curious people with diverse perspectives and trust them with meaningful work. You’ll have ownership, clarity, and support to solve real problems, make a visible impact for our customers, and continue growing as your role evolves. On the Product Management team, you’ll have the opportunity to bring new AI capabilities to market. You'll help set the standard for how ServiceTrade builds and ships products that earn customer trust, deliver tangible value, and drive real adoption rather than skepticism.

With more than a decade of innovation and 1500 customers, ServiceTrade streamlines operations from the field to the office, boosts technician productivity, and enhances the end-customer experience. Ok, so why should I care about that? Our customers do essential work — often behind the scenes — and our software helps them do it better. They’re smart, hardworking people, and we take pride in helping them grow their businesses, earn more revenue, employ more skilled workers, and deliver greater value to their own customers. When you work at ServiceTrade, your impact extends beyond our walls, supporting communities and markets you might never have thought about — and making work that truly matters every day. What kind of working environment do you have? We’re a growing business focused on building with intention and operating with purpose. You’ll have meaningful responsibility and the trust to do your best work from the start. We encourage calculated risks and bold experimentation, while providing opportunities to learn, grow, and turn today’s lessons into tomorrow’s breakthroughs—all in service of big ambitions and real customer impact.

Then Requirements (Required):

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS product management experience with a record of successful product delivery, adoption, and impact
  • Experience leading or contributing to at least one meaningful AI-powered product or feature launch, with a clear understanding of what separates a launch that drives real adoption from one that generates buzz and nothing else

Better to omit Skills section if no distinct content beyond what's already captured. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can skip Skills. Benefits:
