Senior Product Manager - Servicing AI

About the role

The primary work location for this role is Berwyn with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own Envestnet’s AI strategy for servicing, aligned to UMP platform objectives, advisor experience priorities, and enterprise AI principles
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across servicing, including intelligent intake, case routing, summarization, next-best action, automation, and conversational assistance
  • Balance near-term operational efficiency gains with long-term platform differentiation through scalable, reusable AI capabilities
  • Own the full product lifecycle for AI-enabled servicing solutions, from discovery and experimentation through delivery, measurement, and continuous optimization
  • Translate complex servicing challenges into clear product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs grounded in advisor and operations needs
  • Partner closely with advisors, operations, and home office stakeholders to design AI solutions that augment human workflows and improve resolution speed, quality, and trust
  • Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, design, platform services, and technical writing to deliver compliant, high-quality AI capabilities
  • Ensure responsible AI usage by partnering with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Data Governance on explainability, auditability, and regulatory alignment
  • Drive go-to-market strategy and adoption in partnership with Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations leadership
  • Define and own success metrics for servicing AI, using quantitative data and qualitative feedback to guide ongoing iteration and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5–8+ years of product management experience, including delivery of complex, enterprise-grade software platforms
  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with high ownership and accountability
  • Strong experience translating user workflows and operational challenges into scalable product solutions
  • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—with the ability to articulate strategy and value to executive, technical, and client audiences
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong execution discipline
  • Willingness to travel to engage with clients and internal stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

  • Nice-to-haves include experience building or product-managing AI-enabled or data-driven products, particularly in workflow automation or decision support
  • Familiarity with servicing, operations, or middle-office workflows in an advisor or asset management context
  • A strong understanding of responsible AI principles, including explainability, controls, and human-in-the-loop design
  • Able to balance innovation with compliance, scale, and operational realities
  • Strong product storytelling skills and a passion for driving adoption of new capabilities

Skills

  • Experience in financial technology, wealth management, or regulated enterprise platforms
  • Strong understanding of responsible AI principles, including explainability, controls, and human-in-the-loop design
  • Ability to balance innovation with compliance, scale, and operational realities
  • Strong product storytelling skills and a passion for driving adoption of new capabilities
