Senior Product Manager, SAP

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will lead the development and execution of product strategies for SAP's product line. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with SAP’s business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product success
• Lead product development cycles from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends
• Manage product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback and market analysis
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product specifications
• Ensure product quality and usability through rigorous testing and user feedback loops
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to understand their needs and influence product direction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technology company
• Proven track record of successfully launching products and managing product development cycles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is a plus

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
