Senior Product Manager, Provider Experiences

Responsibilities

• Own the management of provider-facing product surface for care delivery
• Build AI-driven clinical enablement tools to reduce administrative burdens on providers
• Develop intelligent scheduling workflows prioritizing clinical fit in patient-provider matching
• Define product requirements for smart EHR interfaces to extract clinical insights effectively
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
• Measure success metrics related to provider tooling and interoperability

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product management experience in health-tech, particularly with provider tooling and EHR systems
• Proficient technical acumen to communicate effectively with engineering teams about technical requirements and architecture
• Understanding of AI/ML applications in clinical settings with a focus on safety and usability for clinicians
• Experience using design tools and low-code environments to prototype and validate features before development
• Strong collaboration skills to balance compliance and engineering needs efficiently

Pay

$122,400 – $170,000 annually
