About the role
The Senior Product Manager will pioneer clinical use cases for proteomic and genomic data at the Regeneron Genetics Center (RGC).
Responsibilities
- Mock up products based on proteomic, electronic medical record, and/or genomic datasets
- Draft specifications for software to display disease risk predictions
- Implement AI tools to implement the specifications and evaluate the results
- Turn disease prediction ideas from other teams and collaborators into concrete project/budget proposals
- Stay informed on emerging market trends in disease prediction and applications of genomics data to continuously refine product directions
- Deliver clear and concise presentations of genomics and proteomic use cases to leadership
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities
- Aid in the design of clinical validation programs for products
- Partner and discuss with customers to test hypotheses about the value of new products and summarize feedback to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (software engineering, computational biology, etc.) with at least 13+ years of relevant industry experience (or a PhD and +7 years of experience as an equivalent)
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering or product design
- Proven skills for translating scientific results into product prototypes
- Proven track record to independently lead and run research projects from conception to completion
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively in interdisciplinary teams
- Proven ability to present data, insights, and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in product management or related fields
- Experience with genomics, proteomics, and electronic medical records
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with data visualization tools and software development

Pay
$134,400.00 - $219,200.00 annually

This role is based at our Tarrytown, NY location with a minimum of four days onsite per week required.
