Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations
About the role
The Problem As Flock expands its public safety platform, accelerating how agencies ingest, model, and act on critical data across disparate systems is essential to operational speed. Connecting public safety workflows requires a strategic platform leader who can turn complex integration architectures into intuitive, automated data pipelines. You will own our end-to-end integration strategy, define data governance standards, and build actionable search and investigative experiences for public safety agencies nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integration strategy across CAD, RMS, LPR, video, mapping, alerts, and third-party systems using automation and intelligent workflows.
- Establish data modeling, governance, and trust standards to ensure source attribution, permissions, auditability, and downstream data usability.
- Arcitect intuitive search, mapping, and investigative product experiences that help officers, analysts, and command staff move from questions to action faster.
- Direct cross-functional platform initiatives alongside Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and third-party partners to deliver scalable integration capabilities.
- Optimize onboarding and data ingestion pipelines to reduce customer setup friction and eliminate manual data validation bottlenecks.
Requirements
Proven product management experience driving technical platform, data ingestion, API infrastructure, or integration products.
Deep technical fluency across APIs, webhooks, data modeling, event streams, authentication, and distributed systems tradeoffs.
Practical experience working with large-scale, multi-source data systems requiring normalization, auditability, and complex permission models.
Capability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, intuitive workflows for operational users, analysts, and administrators.
Experience with criminal justice data ecosystems, CJIS context, or law enforcement record systems is a plus.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or related technical roles.
