Senior Product Manager, Noetica Financial Services

About the role

Own the market entry. Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Noetica Term Rating in Financial Services—translating signals from fund managers, credit managers, and private equity firms into a focused, deliverable plan.

Understand the customer. Build deep understanding of how financial institutions use deal-term data for credit risk assessment, loan structuring, and investment decisions—and design product experiences that make Noetica indispensable for these workflows.

Shape the product. Drive the investment in dedicated Financial Services features, including term analytics, company data integrations, and the unique data and UX requirements of the different Financial Services personas.

Unlock commercial growth. Work with sales and go-to-market teams to develop the commercial strategy for Noetica to scale into Financial Services.

Deliver with engineering. Partner with leading data and engineering teams on company master data integration, content sourcing, and the technical foundations needed to serve Financial Services customers at scale.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience in a B2B data, analytics, or fintech environment—you’ve built products for sophisticated financial or professional services customers before.

A track record of opening new markets or launching new product lines, not just iterating on existing ones.

Fluency in the language of financial services—credit risk, deal structuring, capital markets, or private equity—and a genuine curiosity about how practitioners work.

Experience with data-intensive products: you understand what it takes to ingest, structure, and surface large datasets in ways that create real analytical value.

Strong commercial instincts—you think about pricing, packaging, and GTM as part of the product, not someone else’s problem.

Clear, confident communication with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Skills

Fluent in the language of financial services—credit risk, deal structuring, capital markets, or private equity.

Strong commercial instincts.

Clear, confident communication with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $137,900 USD - $256,100 USD. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $119,700 USD - $222,300 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.

This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
