Senior Product Manager, Molecular

About the role

The Senior Product Manager, Molecular is responsible for the Women’s Health and Neonate product lines and associated ASRs on the LIAISON® MDX System. Key responsibilities include leading marketing efforts, planning and leading commercialization and launch activities, developing product positioning and marketing campaigns, and providing strategic direction and messaging for trade shows and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Leading marketing efforts as part of the product development team
• Planning and leading commercialization and launch activities
• Developing product positioning and marketing campaigns
• Developing and executing to the portfolio lifecycle plan
• Acting as the main point of contact for product specific requests from Regional Marketing, Customer Service, Marketing Communications, R&D, Scientific Affairs, Technical Service, Manufacturing, and other Operational partners
• Providing strategic direction and messaging for tradeshows and conferences related to the assigned products in the assigned IVD Systems portfolio
• Working with technical support, regional marketing and R&D to ensure product performance issues are tracked and resolved, and appropriate documentation is provided to partners and customers
• Monitoring market and competitive trends to develop sustaining product line strategies
• Supporting the broader global marketing team on assignments or projects as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or relevant field Required
• Master's Degree in Business Preferred
• 7+ Years Product marketing experience in Diagnostics Required
• 5+ Years Experience developing customer and product requirements for product development teams Required
• 2+ Years Experience with international business / global product launches Required
• 2+ Years Experience managing products across the entire portfolio lifecycle Required
• 2+ Years Experience working within a quality-systems environment and product development under design control Required

Benefits

The hiring range for this position is $143,000 - $175,000 annually. An incentive award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
