Senior Product Manager - Managing Consultant
About the Role
At Capgemini Invent, we blend strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to deliver cutting-edge solutions. As a Senior Product Manager at frog (part of Capgemini Invent), you will own the strategy, definition, and delivery of physical and digital products and services at the engagement level. You will balance vision, strategy, data, design, and execution while representing the deepest bench of craft in product strategy. This role involves owning client relationships with senior stakeholders (VP/Head of Product level) and originating value-oriented approaches that shape engagements. You will also set the strategy for AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities within product roadmaps and operating models.
Responsibilities
- Own Product Strategy & Vision: Set the product vision and roadmap for an engagement, aligning business objectives with customer needs and defending it to senior client stakeholders.
- Direct Product Lifecycle Execution: Own accountability for the full product lifecycle, including ideation, definition, and delivery, balancing innovation, feasibility, and business impact across multiple workstreams.
- Set Product Frameworks & Methodologies: Determine product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and Agile approaches for an engagement and adapt them as needed.
- Lead Cross-Functional & Cross-Team Collaboration: Direct designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders across workstreams to deliver aligned, customer-centric solutions.
- Resolve Ambiguity & Escalations: Address high-stakes, complex problems escalated by workstream-level Product Managers.
- Advocate for the Customer at the Strategic Level: Ensure user research, market data, and experimentation inform overall product strategy, not just feature decisions.
- Develop Product Talent: Staff, coach, and manage the performance and career development of Product Managers and Consultants on the engagement.
- Drive Business Development: Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and pitches for existing accounts; identify and pursue account growth opportunities.
- Build frog's External Presence: Contribute to thought leadership, represent frog’s product point of view in client executive settings, and support recruiting for the practice.
- Own AI/GenAI/Agentic Strategy & Adoption: Set the strategy for embedding AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities into product roadmaps and operating models; advise clients on AI-driven opportunities and risks.
