About the Role

At Capgemini Invent, we blend strategic, creative, and scientific capabilities to deliver cutting-edge solutions. As a Senior Product Manager at frog, you will own the strategy, definition, and delivery of physical and digital products and services at the engagement level. You will balance vision, strategy, data, design, and execution while being accountable to senior client stakeholders. This role involves deep craft in product strategy, definition, and delivery, with a focus on growing frog’s presence on accounts and in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Own Product Strategy & Vision – Set the product vision and roadmap for an engagement, aligning business objectives with customer needs and defending it to senior client stakeholders.
  • Direct Product Lifecycle Execution – Own accountability for the full product lifecycle, including ideation, definition, and delivery, balancing innovation, feasibility, and business impact across multiple workstreams.
  • Set Product Frameworks & Methodologies – Determine and adapt product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and Agile approaches based on client context.
  • Lead Cross-Functional & Cross-Team Collaboration – Direct designers, engineers, researchers, and business stakeholders to deliver aligned, customer-centric solutions.
  • Resolve Ambiguity & Escalations – Address high-stakes, organizationally or politically complex problems escalated by workstream-level Product Managers.
  • Advocate for the Customer at the Strategic Level – Ensure user research, market data, and experimentation inform overall product strategy, not just feature decisions.
  • Develop Product Talent – Staff, coach, and manage the performance and career development of Product Managers and Consultants on the engagement.
  • Drive Business Development – Contribute to proposals, SOWs, and pitches for existing accounts; identify and pursue account growth opportunities.
  • Build frog’s External Presence – Contribute to thought leadership, represent frog’s product point of view in client executive settings, and support recruiting.
  • Own AI/GenAI/Agentic Strategy & Adoption – Set the strategy for embedding AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities into the product roadmap and operating model; advise clients on AI-driven opportunities and risks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 7+ years of professional product management experience, with demonstrated progression into strategic ownership and team leadership.
  • Track record of owning product strategy and go-to-market for at least one major product line, platform, or 0-to-1 launch.
  • Direct experience staffing, coaching, or managing the performance of other Product Managers or Consultants.
  • Demonstrated business development contribution: proposal writing, SOW shaping, or account growth in a consulting or agency context.
  • Highly developed strategic, concepting, and data analysis skills, demonstrated in a portfolio of senior-level work.
  • Executive-level presence: proven ability to advise and influence VP/C-suite client stakeholders.
  • Deep fluency in Agile/lean product operating models, including standing one up inside a client organization.
  • Proficiency with contemporary prototyping and research tools and methods.
  • Demonstrated experience directing or advising on the use of AI/GenAI/agentic capabilities within a product strategy or roadmap (required).
  • Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
