Senior Product Manager, Internal OS

About the role

ClearJet is a Series B parcel logistics company that unlocks underutilized capacity in existing shipping networks to move packages faster and cheaper. The team is lean and execution‑focused, building tooling and automation to scale the business.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal product surface end‑to‑end, including ops tooling, admin workflows, and the daily systems used by teams.
• Identify where operational time and errors accumulate and rebuild those workflows.
• Determine where AI can remove manual work and ship solutions such as automated exception handling, intelligent routing and triage, and agent‑assisted support.
• Design these product surfaces yourself, using AI tools to move fast.
• Ship weekly with engineering and iterate based on actual usage.
• Partner closely with ops and support leadership, who are the primary users and the best source of signal.
