Senior Product Manager II - Applied AI (Remote Eligible)

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution for specialized AI agents and evaluation infrastructure
• Ship complex agent capabilities end-to-end with significant autonomy
• Define development standards for cross-functional teams to create high-quality agents
• Mentor and develop junior product managers within the team
• Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, and data science teams
• Drive alignment and progress on work across teams
• Support various other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in product management with complex technical platforms
• Fluency in AI/ML concepts, including model evaluation and prompt engineering
• Proven ability to ship enterprise software from start to finish
• Experience managing evaluation and quality infrastructure for AI/ML systems preferred
• Ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments with autonomy
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
• Technical degree or equivalent experience
