Senior Product Manager II - AI Platform & Agentic Experience
Achievements
Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, connects and powers real-time healthcare data exchange. It processes over 1.2 billion messages per month across its health tech vendor, provider, payer, EHR, and life sciences customers.
Opportunity & Impact
As a Senior Product Manager II, you will be a key leader in reducing friction in healthcare integration and accelerating Redox platform investments. You'll own the complete AI feature portfolio, lead Redox's agentic product strategy, and build the framework that determines how AI gets from prototype to production.
Job Responsibilities
- AI Platform & Agentic Experience (60%)
- Own the complete AI platform portfolio across three categories: AI-enabled UX, AI agents (MCP/agentic automation), and AI in data processing.
- Drive embedded AI features from internal alpha through production — managing rollout criteria, prompt iteration, success rate thresholds, and the decision framework for when each feature is ready for customer availability.
- Define and maintain Redox's AI investment framework: KPIs, rollout criteria, cost guidelines, and the research agenda for what we still need to learn (monitoring, agentic loops, RAG, re-prompting).
- Manage beta relationships for agentic use cases across multiple customer segments.
- Lead Redox's agentic product strategy — starting with the MCP Server as the current foundation, expanding into native agent support for high-value customer workflows throughout 2026, with a clear 2027 vision & roadmap.
- Equip sales and CS to position Redox's AI platform story accurately.
- Platform Architecture & Commitments (25%)
- Scope and drive overall platform features required to unlock new use case, channel partnerships, & commercial success in the Enterprise customer base.
- Ensure complex infrastructure work (VPN configurations, multi-tenant patterns, integration partner requirements) is scoped clearly and investments are made with commercial need.
- Vendor Market Lead (15%)
- Partner with GTM & Customer Success to enable vendor customer growth (both new business and expansion).
- Contribute to use case development, customer segmentation, & field enablement to close high-value Enterprise vendor deals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS software company, ideally in the Healthcare technology space.
- Track record shipping AI or ML-powered features from internal alpha through production — including defining rollout criteria, measuring success, and iterating.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic architectures.
- Technical depth sufficient to engage with engineering on API design, architecture decisions, and infrastructure constraints without needing everything translated.
- Proven ability to drive a step change in the performance of a product and the value delivered to customers.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills to articulate complex issues clearly and drive progress in ambiguous or uncertain situations.
- Balances day-to-day execution with strategic, long-term thinking, anticipating future possibilities and impacts on the business.
- Buils consensus and gains commitment by providing sound rationale for recommendations that effectively address stakeholder needs and concerns, including C-Suite.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with healthcare data, clinical workflows, or health IT systems.
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), agentic frameworks, or building AI tooling for developers.

- Background at a healthcare interoperability company, EHR vendor, or health data platform.
