Accountabilities
- Owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of initiatives that improve customer acquisition, conversion, and activation across multiple user segments.
- Combining product thinking, experimentation, analytics, and cross-functional leadership to build experiences that drive sustainable growth.
- Define and execute the acquisition product strategy across customer segments, identifying key conversion opportunities and designing experiences that move users from interest to activation.
- Own growth experiments from ideation to measurement, including developing hypotheses, defining success metrics, partnering with engineering, analyzing outcomes, and scaling successful initiatives.
- Conduct customer discovery with diverse user groups to uncover needs, pain points, and opportunities that inform product priorities.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to align product initiatives with go-to-market strategies and optimize acquisition campaigns.
- Establish, monitor, and improve key performance indicators, including conversion rates, activation metrics, customer acquisition costs, and user engagement.
- Build dashboards, analyze cohorts, and use product analytics to make informed decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Translate business goals into detailed product requirements, technical specifications, and actionable roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams by contributing to technical discussions, evaluating trade-offs, and ensuring high-quality product delivery.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate product discovery, research synthesis, documentation, analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Continuously improve product processes by identifying opportunities, testing solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a growth-oriented product leader with strong experience building and scaling digital products.
- Proven experience owning growth metrics such as conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, activation rate, retention, or similar performance indicators.
- Strong background running product experiments, analyzing results, and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through development, launch, and iteration.
- Technical proficiency, including the ability to work with SQL, understand APIs, collaborate with engineers, and contribute to technical discussions.
- Experience building products within B2B SaaS, marketplaces, multi-sided platforms, consumer subscription businesses, or similar digital environments.
- Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or comparable tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies to improve product workflows and accelerate decision-making.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and leadership teams.
- Self-driven mindset with strong ownership, curiosity, and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions proactively.
