Key responsibilities

• Own branded fleet capacity planning. Have a long term vision and build an aligned allocation strategy.
• Employ technology and algorithms to build a scalable, logical yet simplified fleet allocation process.
• Partner with operations, research science and BIE teams to design and build solution and measure results in execution.
• Lead reviews with operations senior leadership on fleet planning.
• Monitor and report on the progress in fleet capacity build and utilization.
• Build a strong partnership with all operations functions to track vehicle deployment, measure, control and respond to any variation.
• Be obsessed with DSP experience by building realistic fleet capacity plans and tracking compliance.

Basic qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Pay

USA, WA, Bellevue - 136,000.00 - 184,100.00 USD annually
