Senior Product Manager, Fintech Industry

About the role
You will define and own the product strategy for Egnyte’s Financial Services and Insurance (FSI) vertical. You will identify and articulate industry-specific use-cases and help prioritize them for meeting Egnyte’s revenue and adoption goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the FSI product strategy and priorities, translating the needs of PE/VC, wealth management, banking, and insurance customers into clear, well-articulated use cases and requirements
- Partner with and influence other product managers to get FSI-critical capabilities onto their roadmaps, building the business case and providing context to drive successful product releases
- Drive the definition of FSI-specific AI agents, workflows, and document extraction capabilities
- Work closely with the FSI subject matter expert, sales, and customer success teams to support key deals and strategic customers
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on positioning, collateral, go-to-market strategy, and success metrics
- Represent Egnyte at industry events and customer advisory sessions
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Product Management
- 2+ years of experience building products for the FSI industry
- Strong knowledge of FSI workflows and processes, e.g., fund operations and investor servicing, wealth/advisory operations, banking or insurance
- Familiarity with applied AI/LLM concepts relevant to this role: document extraction, agentic workflows, dataset creation, and evaluating model output quality
- Demonstrated success driving design, development and implementation of new product functionality
- Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus
- Exceptional written, verbal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Pay
The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $170k - $185k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
