Senior Product Manager, Fintech

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the roadmap for emerging fintech products, such as capital lending and new payment experiences
• Design seamless payment experiences for physical touchpoints in single and multi-location businesses
• Develop a roadmap for enhancing financial logic across the company’s systems to ensure reliability
• Create automatic reconciliation reporting and settlement validation to streamline financial operations
• Improve fraud monitoring and automate dispute workflows in collaboration with Risk and Compliance teams
• Utilize data and customer insights to enhance product features and address gaps in user experience
• Work with a second PM to balance new product developments and scalability of existing fintech infrastructure

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of product management experience in B2B or SaaS, specifically in payments or fintech
• Technical knowledge of payment systems like PayFac, ACH, and compliance regulations
• Experience within a fintech or payment processing environment
• Ability to translate product decisions into financial outcomes and business value
• Understanding of risk management related to compliance and system reliability
• Systems thinking for managing interdependencies across multiple products and teams
• Prior proven ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority

Pay

$120,400 – $163,000 annually
