About the role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a key TeamViewer ONE product area from discovery through launch and adoption. Working across Engineering, Data, AI, Security, UX, and Go-to-Market teams, you will define and deliver observability and auditability capabilities for Autonomous Endpoint Management (AEM), helping customers understand, monitor, and optimize endpoint activity, administrative actions, and automation outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for endpoint observability, auditability, and telemetry within TeamViewer ONE.
  • Build a unified view of endpoint activity by connecting system, security, user, remote-session, and automation events.
  • Drive insights and automation through search, alerting, analytics, root-cause analysis, and AI-assisted remediation.
  • Define trusted audit, compliance, and security capabilities, including logging, retention, access controls, and reporting.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, AI, and Security teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing platform capabilities.
  • Lead customer discovery, prioritization, and product delivery, measuring adoption, customer value, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, endpoint management, IT operations, observability, cybersecurity, or related domains.
  • Proven success owning complex product areas from discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint telemetry, event management, audit logging, troubleshooting, and incident investigation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-scale, event-driven architectures, APIs, search, analytics, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Experience turning customer and operational insights into product strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
