About the Role

The AIR EHR (Electronic Health Records) team is at the absolute center of Commure's mission. We aren't just building another clinical database; we are redefining the operating system of healthcare. By seamlessly integrating EHR (Electronic Health Records), RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and Ambient AI into a unified bundle, we are eliminating the friction that has plagued providers for decades. This is the flagship suite that will transition the industry from legacy, click-heavy systems into a future of "invisible" technology.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Product Execution from Idea to Deployment: Translate high-level concepts into scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with provider workflows and major healthcare systems.
  • Deep User Immersion: Spend time onsite at hospitals and clinics to understand firsthand how providers work, identify pain points, and rapidly iterate on solutions that fit into real-world clinical environments.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and clinical stakeholders to ship high-impact features that drive measurable improvements in provider efficiency.
  • Executive-Level Influence & Communication: Regularly engage with COOs, CSOs, and CIOs of major healthcare systems, clearly articulating product vision, roadmap, and impact to gain buy-in and drive adoption.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve in AI & Healthcare: Keep up with AI advancements in LLMs, autonomous agents, and clinical NLP, continuously exploring new ways to enhance provider workflows through technology.

What You Have

  • Proven experience in Product Management, ideally at a B2B SaaS or healthcare tech company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with SQL and data-driven decision making
  • Experience shipping enterprise-grade products in complex, regulated environments
  • Ability to engage credibly with both technical teams and executive-level customers
  • Demonstrated ability to move fast: you've shipped things, not just planned them
  • Customer-first instincts, you spend time with users, not just data
  • A hacker mentality: you take extreme ownership, move fast, and don't wait for perfect information
  • Passion for healthcare and a genuine belief that technology can fix it

Bonus Points

  • You've worked on EHR, practice management, or RCM products
  • You've built AI-powered features and understand the nuances of shipping ML in a product context
  • You have clinical domain knowledge (billing codes, FHIR, prior auth, etc.)
  • You've led or mentored other PMs
