About the Role
The AIR EHR (Electronic Health Records) team is at the absolute center of Commure's mission. We aren't just building another clinical database; we are redefining the operating system of healthcare. By seamlessly integrating EHR (Electronic Health Records), RCM (Revenue Cycle Management), and Ambient AI into a unified bundle, we are eliminating the friction that has plagued providers for decades. This is the flagship suite that will transition the industry from legacy, click-heavy systems into a future of "invisible" technology.

- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and clinical stakeholders to ship high-impact features that drive measurable improvements in provider efficiency.
- Executive-Level Influence & Communication: Regularly engage with COOs, CSOs, and CIOs of major healthcare systems, clearly articulating product vision, roadmap, and impact to gain buy-in and drive adoption.
