As a Senior Product Manager in the Wolters Kluwer Health Division, you will drive strategic initiatives targeting high-growth segments, including Life Sciences, Digital Health, and Consulting organizations. This role focuses on developing innovative data and analytics-driven products that address the complex needs of these markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of product strategy by providing market insights, research, and cross-functional input to advance growth in Life Sciences, Financial, and consulting segments.
  • Execute product development by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the design, development, and launch of innovative solutions, including managing product backlog, developing product requirements, user stories, and report mockups.
  • Conduct and document qualitative and quantitative research to identify platform-level requirements, data gaps, and technical opportunities that inform the evolution of data and analytics capabilities.
  • Translate insights into viable product concepts, wireframes, and prototypes that optimize customer and user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and develop a robust innovation roadmap that drives business growth, serving as product owner.
  • Manage product backlog—story writing, acceptance criteria, report mockups, and new data fields needed.
  • Lead customer interviews, focus groups, and strategic discussions with key stakeholders to validate concepts and shape solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to create and test early-stage product solutions with customers, ensuring alignment with industry workflows and regulatory considerations.
  • Contribute to forecasting, pricing, and positioning strategies for new product concepts, ensuring market fit and financial viability.
  • Lead, facilitate, or participate in relevant meetings as needed.
  • Participate in corporate training, company initiatives, and performance planning exercises.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of technology product management experience.
  • Experience with Agile development processes.
  • Experience with Lean Innovation.
  • Health software or data analytics experience preferred.

Pay

$102,600.00 - $179,250.00 USD. This role is eligible for a bonus.
