Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to work on our FDS Data Services & Agentic AI offerings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Product Management (minimum 12 years in a Product Management role, not just project or program management), be an excellent communicator, understand market and business perspectives, and possess strong stakeholder management skills. Prior experience with Data Analytics & AI/ML products, enterprise software, and cloud services is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute product strategy for Data Strategy (Data Lake, Data Catalog, Data Governance & Data Access) and AI-powered workflow automation services
  • Create and build product roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Drive product decisions through data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback

Requirements

  • 12 years of product management experience
  • Experience with Data Analytics, building AI/ML products, preferably in workflow automation
  • Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS)
  • Strong understanding of Data storage, Data Governance, Data Semantics, and access services
  • Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of LLMs and RAG architecture
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
