About the role

Moloco is a leading provider of AI-driven advertising solutions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy for CTV Advertiser Success within Moloco Ads, focusing on delivering insights and reporting products that enhance advertiser campaign performance.

Responsibilities

  • Owning the roadmap for insights and reporting products that provide reliable, transparent, and actionable data to advertisers
  • Partnering with Data Science to analyze, diagnose, and improve campaign performance
  • Developing integrations with key partners across the CTV measurement ecosystem to ensure holistic performance visibility

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in Product Management or closely related roles in ad tech, data products, or performance marketing
  • Experience working with campaign performance data, analytics, or measurement systems
  • Strong ability to translate complex data into clear product experiences and insights
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional execution with engineering, data science, and business teams
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Experience with CTV, programmatic advertising, or measurement/attribution ecosystems is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and align teams around product direction

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • Experience with product management methodologies and tools
  • Understanding of CTV advertising and measurement systems
  • Experience with agile development processes

Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools
  • Knowledge of CTV advertising platforms and measurement systems

Pay

Base pay ranges from $153,000 - $191,250 USD depending on location.

Schedule

The successful candidate may be eligible for a bonus and equity awards. Eligibility and amounts are determined by performance and the terms of the applicable plans.
