Senior Product Manager - CoreAI

Responsibilities

• Identify and rally the team around high value opportunities to improve Engineering Productivity, Software Quality and Developer Satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various product owners at Microsoft to co-partner on opportunities and help boost their developers’ productivity.
• Standardize Engineering systems tooling inside Microsoft.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and outcomes.
• Be a power user and evangelist of Engineering Systems products the candidate will own.

Qualifications

• Required/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
• Preferred/Additional Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical product management experience OR equivalent experience as a developer. Experience using Developer products and workflows, including tools such as Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, GitHub and AI. Experience pitching, building and rolling out tools/services to developers. Hands-on experience with analyzing structured data supporting/disproving assumptions and predictions.

Pay

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
