Senior Product Manager, Core Services

This role is hybrid, requiring in-office work 3 days per week.

About the role

Tanium is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive delivery across our Core Services portfolio. You will build the core experience and infrastructure that serve our agentic platform. This is an execution-focused product role, pivoting toward AI and agentic workflows. You will own the day-to-day product work that turns strategy into delivered software, partnering directly with engineering and UX teams to carry capabilities from idea through launch and enablement.

A successful candidate will be an experienced product manager with a strong record of delivery, cross-functional skill, and passion for the product management craft. Agility to adjust as the business evolves is key.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of product capabilities from ideation to launch in partnership with engineering and UX teams, including grooming, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and release readiness
• Shape the core platform workflows and experiences that teams across the organization rely on at enterprise scale
• Translate customer needs, field signals, and support escalations into clear, prioritized requirements and specs. Run a spec-driven, AI-assisted development process where PMs author the specs that drive engineering execution
• Work alongside internal domain experts to ground product decisions in real-world use cases and practice
• Conduct discovery with existing customers and present product vision, updates, and progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Partner with product marketing, enablement, and support to ensure new capabilities land successfully with customers
• Track and deliver objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure product success and guide iterative improvement
• Adapt plans quickly as priorities shift with the business and the market

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of product management experience, with shipped products you can walk us through
• Strong cross-functional instincts. You influence without authority across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support, and communicate clearly with each audience
• Bias to action and outcome orientation. You drive results without complete information and stay anchored on what matters most
• High learning velocity. You ramp quickly in new domains and connect what you learn to what matters for the business
• Hands-on technical experience with a variety of AI tools and a passion for transforming how product management works through AI
• Confidence engaging customers, including senior technical leadership

Pay

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $169,000 to $259,000. This range is an estimate; the actual salary offered may be adjusted based on location, education, skills, training, and experience.
