About The Team The Compliance & Platform Experience team owns the shared surfaces that power trust and usability across Paxos's platform — from identity verification and compliance workflows to the dashboards, notifications, and developer tools that make our platform seamless to integrate with and give partners real product surface area to build on. We sit at the intersection of product, compliance, and engineering, proving that regulatory rigor and a great user experience aren't a tradeoff — they're the same problem. The Opportunity This is a rare seat: full ownership of how Paxos brings the world's largest financial institutions onto its platform. The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end onboarding experience — from the identity verification, KYC/KYB, and compliance workflows that bring new customers on, through the dashboard and developer experiences that make integration seamless and get them fully activated. You'll partner directly with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design and Engineering to build the roadmap that turns regulatory complexity into a competitive advantage — including pioneering how AI agents take on compliance work at a scale few companies have attempted. What You'll Do Own the end-to-end onboarding and activation experience — from identity verification and KYC/KYB through a customer's first meaningful use of the platform — partnering closely with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Design, and EngineeringSet the roadmap for the Paxos Dashboard, the primary surface where customers manage their accounts, transact, and access reportingShape our compliance AI agent strategy, identifying where automation can replace manual work across onboarding and ongoing operationsOwn vendor relationships and integrations across the KYC/KYB and transaction monitoring stackBuild the platform tooling and infrastructure that enables other Paxos teams to deliver five-star experiences in their own products About You 6+ years of product management experience, ideally at a high-growth technology companyHands-on crypto industry experience at a regulated firm such as an exchange or custodianStrong grasp of the global regulatory landscape shaping crypto complianceSkilled at stakeholder management, with a track record of aligning executives around competing prioritiesExperience owning a broad, cross-functional portfolio — spanning compliance, operations, money movement, notifications, reporting, and developer toolingData-informed in how you prioritize, using metrics to make the case for trade-offs across a wide-ranging portfolio Nice to Haves Experience evaluating and procuring vendors in a compliance contextHistory of partnering closely with compliance or legal teamsFamiliarity with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or case management toolsEnd-to-end ownership of KYC/KYB or identity-related product areas Important Notice for Paxos Applicants Fraudulent accounts sometimes pose as Paxos recruiters on LinkedIn and other platforms, and fake websites sometimes impersonate our careers site. Compensation Range: $203,000 - $233,025
