Key job responsibilities
- Explore and validate new product concepts through rapid prototyping with AI-coding tools (e.g., Cursor) and automated analysis of internal data, marketplace, and competitive research.
- Define hardware product requirements and in-app device experiences for new devices, collaborating with hardware engineering, industrial design, software engineering, and manufacturing teams.
- Drive engineering delivery of new features across app, cloud, and device firmware, leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate development timelines.
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs across customer experience, cost, performance, profitability, and operational support load, resolving strategic and tactical blockers as they arise.
- Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive cross-functional workflows using AI and agentic tools.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with consumer devices spanning hardware, firmware, mobile, and cloud
- Experience with hardware product definition, including collaboration with industrial design, hardware engineering, or manufacturing teams
- Experience defining and launching consumer-facing products and applications
- Hands-on experience building functional prototypes using AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Replit) to validate product concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience defining and launching consumer-facing products powered by GenAI capabilities such as LLM integrations
- Understanding of GenAI technologies including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and agentic systems
- Experience with AI-first product development workflows and driving adoption of AI tools across product and engineering teams
