Responsibilities
- Define long-term vision and strategy for the company Basketball
- Identify opportunities through customer research and market trends to shape product direction
- Own the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to ongoing iteration post-launch
- Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps to deliver quality customer experiences
- Launch products quickly, using customer feedback for continuous enhancement
- Define success metrics and leverage data to evaluate and improve product performance
- Communicate milestones and outcomes effectively to stakeholders across the company
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile products, preferably in sports or high-engagement sectors
- Proven track record of leading products from ideation to launch using customer insights
- Experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Design to create user-friendly experiences
- Strong product judgment balancing customer requirements and business objectives
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments to define solutions
- Influential communicator with skills in stakeholder alignment across various levels of the organization
- Passion for basketball and a desire to impact the sport through technology
