Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities that enhance efficiency and user experience
- Use process and journey mapping to highlight operational friction points
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate automation use cases
- Define leading indicators to monitor performance and refine automation solutions
- Apply human-centered design principles to ensure alignment with user needs
- Support the sizing and prioritization of automation opportunities based on data analysis
- Contribute to scalable automation efforts within a regulated healthcare setting
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in strategy, service design, process improvement, analytics, or automation roles
- Experience in process mapping, including journey maps and swimlanes
- Knowledge of automation technologies such as RPA and familiarity with AI/ML concepts
- Basic understanding of healthcare workflows in environments like Home Health or Primary Care
- Proven collaboration skills working with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Ability to translate user feedback into actionable insights and solutions
- Effective communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts
