Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery process to identify how various first- and third-party data sets can be harmonized into a single "source of truth" for reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate sales and revenue.
- Manage the entire product development life cycle for both new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Create, maintain, and manage the product roadmap.
- Operationalize foundational and strategic capabilities.
- Define, operationalize, and augment all points of integration with first- and third-party systems.
- Provide hands-on management to sold initiatives throughout their life cycle across pre-sale, post-sale execution, and renewal stages.
- Partner with marketing and business development functions to inform the go-to-market strategy.
- Serve as subject matter expert for internal stakeholders.
- Define, monitor, and analyze product performance data to continually improve products and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience developing B2B data products within the healthcare or life sciences industries.
- Expertise in product development methodologies with a focus on building scalable frameworks for data harmonization and automated reporting.
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to translate complex business needs into creative technical solutions.
- An entrepreneurial self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to drive results in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital media, healthcare claims data, or education.
- Proven track record in operationalizing foundational data capabilities for future-state products.
Compensation
$140,000.00
