Senior Product Manager

About the role

The Senior Product Manager at Assembled will work closely with support teams at top brands to understand their needs and build solutions that delight customers and grow the business. They will also partner with prospects to paint the vision and learn about their problems and what resonates.

Responsibilities

• Work with the teams responsible for integrations, onboarding, and customer analytics and reporting to ensure contact center data flows accurately and customers can derive insights from it.
• Drive high-impact insights from the data platform foundation.
• Owning the AI-powered workforce setup and onboarding experience.
• Scaling and deepening integrations platform strategy.
• Empowering support leaders with data.
• Leading and mentoring junior PMs.
• Championing high product quality and impact.
• Fostering a fast-paced, growth-mindset, empathetic culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of impact beyond feature-level PM work.
• Strong analytical and technical product skills, including experience building analytics products or data-driven experiences for business users.
• Experience building AI-powered product features in a practical, customer-value-driven way.
• Experience designing or managing integrations products and platform API strategy.

• Based in or willing to relocate to the New York metro area.
