Senior Product Manager

About the role

Vetsource is a data-powered platform that simplifies processes and streamlines systems for the pet healthcare industry. We believe in fostering strong relationships and positive experiences between veterinarians and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Align product roadmaps with 6 - 12 month business objectives and P&L goals.
• Expert Communication: Evangelize product vision to stakeholders and "influence up" to executives.
• Complex Problem Solving: Manage high-ambiguity projects requiring coordination across multiple departments (Finance, Legal, Marketing).
• Data Leadership: Define KPIs that matter for a business unit and use them to drive prioritization.
• Tech-Minded Partnership: Partner with engineering leads on technical trade-offs and understand the software development lifecycle.
• Mentorship: Mentor and develop other team members.
• Identify and lead ongoing product discovery efforts to build a "Discovery culture."
• Work across multiple products to create new opportunities or reduce risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
• 5+ years of product management or comparable experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions using highly quantitative methods.
• Proven history of product results and leadership.
• PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Experience using JIRA and Confluence to manage complex, multi-squad dependencies.

Pay Range

Pay range (US based applicants): $119,872 - $150,000 (annualized)
