About the role
The team is growing and hiring multiple Senior Product Managers across various teams. Each PM owns a real slice of the business, including prepaid cards, international payments, and the core platform.
Responsibilities
- Own your team's roadmap and work with stakeholders to determine what to build and when.
- Create clarity when the path isn't obvious through thorough research, including user interviews, market analysis, competitive teardowns, and data digs.
- Use AI agents to analyze customer tickets, sales calls, usage data, and competitor research.
- Work asynchronously, primarily through writing, with designers and engineers to refine the UX and build prototypes.
- Unblock the team and keep scope honest during the build process.
- Partner with design and engineering to ensure the product meets user needs and technical feasibility.
- Drive decisions without bulldozing, ensuring alignment among team members.
- Close the loop after shipping, helping the team understand the impact of the product.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies.
- 2+ years of experience as a PM at a growth-stage startup.
- Strong product intuition and ability to see the right solution to product problems.
- Strong design judgment and technical fluency, able to hold one's own with designers and engineers.
- A track record of turning long-term strategy and a backlog of ideas into a prioritized, shovel-ready roadmap.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working in a documentation-first environment.
- Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and pushing work forward without being told to.
- Genuine empathy for users and teammates, wanting to understand their problems.
Qualifications
Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role ranges from $225,000 to $300,000. Real benefits include 100% covered health insurance (US), unlimited PTO, and 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.
