About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own your team's roadmap and work with stakeholders to determine what to build and when.
  • Create clarity when the path isn't obvious through thorough research, including user interviews, market analysis, competitive teardowns, and data digs.
  • Use AI agents to analyze customer tickets, sales calls, usage data, and competitor research.
  • Work asynchronously, primarily through writing, with designers and engineers to refine the UX and build prototypes.
  • Unblock the team and keep scope honest during the build process.
  • Partner with design and engineering to ensure the product meets user needs and technical feasibility.
  • Drive decisions without bulldozing, ensuring alignment among team members.
  • Close the loop after shipping, helping the team understand the impact of the product.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at tech companies.
  • 2+ years of experience as a PM at a growth-stage startup.
  • Strong product intuition and ability to see the right solution to product problems.
  • Strong design judgment and technical fluency, able to hold one's own with designers and engineers.
  • A track record of turning long-term strategy and a backlog of ideas into a prioritized, shovel-ready roadmap.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working in a documentation-first environment.
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and pushing work forward without being told to.
  • Genuine empathy for users and teammates, wanting to understand their problems.
  • Qualifications

Competitive pay and equity. Base salary for this role ranges from $225,000 to $300,000. Real benefits include 100% covered health insurance (US), unlimited PTO, and 12-16 weeks paid parental leave. Fully remote, work from anywhere in the Americas. Great culture, read more about how we work in our public handbook.
