Key Responsibilities
- Customer Partnership: Directly engage with current and future customers to gain a deep understanding of firm/user needs and market dynamics.
- Discovery Research: Utilize a strong tool belt of discovery methodologies to run experiments and analyze data to guide decision making.
- Strategy and Roadmap: Identify and shape the product initiatives that transform the way the CPA industry accomplishes their work and advance Suralink’s product strategy for multiple product areas across the product portfolio.
- Cross Functional Team Work: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Design, and Engineering to ensure ideation and execution are aligned, informed, and successful.
- Product Evangelism: Become an expert in Suralink’s product to champion how use cases, product capabilities, and value connect to drive internal team knowledge and customer adoption that results in both Suralink and customers realizing business KPIs.
Experience and Professional Qualifications
- 5+ years in a Product Manager role, with at least some B2B SaaS experience.
- Subjective matter expertise in Audit or Tax is a bonus.
- Proven Success: Track record of delivering impactful results across both 0-1 and scaling products.
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and align those around you to achieve common goals.
- Bias for Action: Default to pushing the pace, quickly making one-way door decisions, understanding that all else equal, velocity will make the difference of winning.
- Embracing AI: Accustomed to using AI for everything from insight identification to prototyping to PRDs to optimize time and focus energy on human ingenuity.
- Navigating Ambiguity: Peaceful in high ambiguity, skilled in finding paths to clarity with incomplete information, and adept at risk-based decision making and thinking through nth-order effects.
