Key Responsibilities

  • We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own meaningful pieces of Siro end-to-end — across AI, data ingestion, proactive agents, integrations, and the experiences customers touch every day.
  • Siro is building the intelligence layer for the enormous part of the economy that still runs on in-person conversation — an in-person workforce most software has ignored.
  • We capture what happens in the field and turn it into intelligence our users act on daily — prepping a rep before a meeting, surfacing the next move, handling the follow-up.
  • Your job is to push that arc forward: make the intelligence sharper, make people trust it, and close the gap between insight and action.
  • You'll own real problems the whole way, from ambiguous idea to a product customers rely on. Own and ship end-to-end. Drive strategy and product concepts through discovery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • You're on the hook for whether it provides value, not just whether it shipped. Build for someone who doesn't sit at a desk. Our users are in trucks, driveways, and showrooms.

Requirements / Who You Are

  • 6+ years in product management, including ownership of meaningful product areas at a growth-stage company.
  • You're a “barrel.” Give you an ambiguous problem and you create momentum: figure out what matters, talk to the right customers, pull the data, make the tradeoffs, align the team, and get something valuable shipped.
  • You don’t need a clean brief or constant direction to turn a vague opportunity into a real product. Sound product judgment in messy domains. You're comfortable when the inputs are imperfect and there's no obvious right answer, and you pull the right people together to make good decisions.
  • Bias to action and doing whatever it takes. If you see friction in the UX or a customer complains about something on a call that you think is worth fixing — it’s not a ticket to an engineering backlog, you write the code and ship it.
  • Obsessed with customers and details. You'd take a day in the field over a day in a planning doc, and you make it happen without being asked. Enough technical fluency to dig into the tradeoffs with engineering. model quality, latency vs. cost per query, and how fresh integration data really needs to be.
  • You carry product vision with you everywhere. You have strong taste, you think in systems, and you can connect today’s bug, customer ask, or workflow edge case to where the product needs to go over the next few years.
