Senior Product Manager
About the role
Act as a Product Lead for our Sales Enablement technology, supporting all things Sales Enablement & CRM technology as it relates to growing the business. Own the vision, strategy, and implementation for the future of our sales and customer health tooling, guiding RXO from a read & write CRM to a sales enablement ecosystem that removes the friction that gets in the way of sales teams spending more time with customers and prospects.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and implementation for the future of our sales and customer health tooling
- Guide RXO from a read & write CRM to a sales enablement ecosystem
- Remove the friction that gets in the way of sales teams spending more time with customers and prospects
- Craft the future vision in partnership with senior leadership & key stakeholders
- Gain consensus and craft an executable roadmap
- Deliver against agreed-upon goals
- Play a leading cross-functional role delivering both technology & process recommendations for our customer sales organizations
Requirements
- Experience in product management or a related field
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
