About The Role We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to support the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the products that power Rezilient's care model, with a particular focus on the member experience in and out of the clinic. This person will sit at the intersection of clinical operations, engineering, and the business, turning real member needs into products and features that make a delightful care experience easier to access and more engaging. As Rezilient scales across new employers, health systems, and markets, this role will bring structure and focus to how product decisions get made: defining problems clearly, prioritizing against measurable outcomes, and shipping in close partnership with Engineering, Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Sales. The role will also help shape how Rezilient applies AI in care delivery. Success in this role looks like a clear and trusted roadmap, fast and higher-quality releases, and measurable gains in member engagement and outcomes. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting product direction with leadership and working through requirements and edge cases with engineers, and brings sound judgment to a regulated healthcare environment where the ability to both move fast and "do no harm" matter. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Rezilient member experience, aligning priorities with company goals and customer commitmentsTranslate input from leadership, clinical teams, customers, and data into a prioritized roadmap with clearly defined outcomesCommunicate roadmap decisions and tradeoffs to stakeholders at every level, from executives to front-line care teamsEnsure products meet HIPAA, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance and Engineering Discovery & Requirements Lead product discovery with members and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and pain pointsWrite clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that Engineering and Design can build againstPartner with Design on user flows, prototypes, and usability testing to validate solutions before and after launch Delivery & Launch Partner with Engineering to plan sprints, manage the backlog, and keep delivery on track against committed timelinesWork with Product Operations and QA to ensure releases are well tested, documented, and ready for internal teamsOwn launch planning with Clinical Operations, Customer Success, and Implementation so new features roll out smoothly Metrics & Continuous Improvement Define product KPIs around member activation, engagement, utilization, and app store reviews, and track them on a consistent cadenceUse product analytics, customer feedback, and operational data to identify opportunities and measure impactShare regular product updates and insights with leadership and cross-functional partnersRaise the bar for product practice across the team by sharing frameworks, templates, and best practices that help the product function scale Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a product or product area from discovery through launch and iterationExperience in healthcare, health tech, or consumer health industryShipped and scaled at least one consumer mobile health, wellness, or fitness app with a large active user base, with strong product instincts for onboarding, engagement, and retentionExperience building AI or machine learning features into a productFluency with AI-enabled productivity tools, and the judgment to know where they help and where direct human research and review remain necessaryStrong skills in writing requirements, prioritizing a backlog, and working day to day with engineering and design teamsA data-driven approach, with comfort defining success metrics and using analytics to guide decisionsSound judgment and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, and healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIRExperience with employer benefits, health plans, or B2B2C healthcare modelsFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, and product analytics platforms Benefits At Rezilient Health, we're on a mission to make humane healthcare truly abundant, and we invest in the people who make that possible.
