Senior Product Manager
About the role
Rectangle Health is seeking a Product Manager to help shape and scale a strategic healthcare payments platform developed in collaboration with a leading national financial services organization. The most successful candidates are those who can establish credibility, build relationships, and influence decisions across organizations with different priorities, objectives, and constraints.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic product initiatives from discovery through delivery and measurement, including working with internal engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders through typical SDLC activities.
- Partner daily with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, drive execution, and remove delivery obstacles.
- Represent Rectangle Health's healthcare payments expertise in joint roadmap planning, solution design, and prioritization discussions with the partner organization.
- Influence partner product and engineering teams to make investments that improve the overall platform experience.
- Lead initiatives involving onboarding automation, integrations, data synchronization, operational scalability, platform resiliency, and customer experience improvements.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Delivery, and strategic partners.
- Define success metrics and use data and customer feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives involving multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders from concept through production.

- Preference for candidates local to our HQ in White Plains, NY to support in an onsite capacity.
- Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare payments, fintech, revenue cycle management, or adjacent industries.
