Senior Product Manager

About the role

We're seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to help own the full end-to-end experience throughout the mortgage origination lifecycle. This includes APIs, decisioning, capital markets, compliance, command center, elements, and more.

Responsibilities

• Leverage applied AI in your work to drive core product experiences, ranging from document extraction, optimizers, and MCP servers.
• Accelerate Pylon's mission to be the programmatic infrastructure that unlocks speed and scale across the mortgage lifecycle.
• Champion and challenge convention, helping onboard and manage third-party integrations.
• Build a strong feedback loop with engineering and GTM teams, supporting the deal process and ensuring customer success.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the software industry (ideally as a product manager or engineer).
• Significant experience building 0-1 enterprise software in regulated industries.
• Experience conducting user research and analyzing user data.
• Strong design sense and ability to work closely with designers.
• Experience managing strategic partners and working on mortgage products/fintech infrastructure.
• Willingness to relocate to Palo Alto (CA) or New York City.
