About the role

We're hiring Senior Product Managers to join our founding PM team. As we advance, we're focusing on productizing solutions that address complex customer needs at scale. We seek PMs with a proven track record of success in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments, eager for the ownership and leadership opportunities that come with being an early hire at a high-growth company.

What you’ll do

  • Lead product development from discovery to launch, collaborating closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions.
  • Own your product area end-to-end, including customer discovery, roadmap definition, prioritization, execution, iteration, and commercial outcomes.
  • Translate complex operational workflows into scalable product solutions that achieve measurable outcomes for customers.
  • Define and track success metrics, using data, user feedback, and business objectives to validate hypotheses and guide decision-making.
  • Build an internal feedback loop with customer success and support to continuously gather and act on customer insights.
  • Work directly with executive leadership, gaining access, visibility, and accountability.
  • Navigate healthcare compliance and privacy considerations as a core part of product design, ensuring they are not an afterthought.

What we’re looking for

  • Must-Have:
    • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a history of success in high-growth, scrappy environments.
    • An obsession with using AI tools to enhance personal productivity.
    • A Zero-to-One Mindset: Proven ability to develop products from scratch without existing templates.
    • Strong product instincts: the capability to simplify complex workflows and make informed prioritization decisions.
    • Excellent communication skills: fluency in writing clear product documentation, presenting to executives, and conducting customer discovery sessions.
    • An analytical and data-driven approach: using metrics to inform decisions rather than justify them post-facto.
    • Genuine curiosity about the problem space: a desire to tackle challenging, overlooked issues due to their importance.
  • Strong-to-Have:
    • Experience in B2B software or enterprise SaaS.
    • Experience shipping AI-powered or Large Language Model (LLM)-powered features to production.
    • Platform PM or API product experience.
    • Experience in launching products from the ground up (0-to-1).
    • Experience in regulated or compliance-driven product environments (e.g., fintech, healthcare, legal, government).

Why join now

  • Define the product function: join a founding PM team, not fit into an established organization.
  • Direct access to executive leadership: work closely with CPO, CTO, and CEO from day one.
  • Meaningful equity: receive equity in a company with real traction.
  • Named to TechCrunch AI Disruptors 60: be part of a recognized disruptor in the AI space.
  • Greenfield technical opportunity: contribute to a novel, context graph architecture designed to get smarter as frontier models improve.

Plenful perks

  • Unlimited PTO, comprehensive health insurance, $100/week grocery stipend, health & wellness stipend, team offsites, 401K matching, and stock options.

Hybrid Workplace

Plenful is headquartered in San Francisco, with an east coast office in New York City. New hires in SF and NYC are expected to work in-office four days per week. Outside these hubs, we are remote-first.
