What You Will Do

  • Champion the worker, employer, and partner experiences: Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring our products meet the needs of both workers and businesses by prioritizing usability, accessibility, and engagement
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a strategic roadmap that aligns with Payactiv’s mission and business objectives while keeping user needs at the forefront
  • Data-Driven Insights & Market Research: Conduct user research, analyze data, and leverage customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement
  • Product Development & Execution: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with design, engineering, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver seamless and impactful solutions
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with stakeholders across the company, translating user needs into product requirements and ensuring alignment across teams
  • Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure fintech products comply with financial regulations, security standards, and industry best practices while maintaining a seamless user experience
  • Technology & Innovation: Identify emerging fintech trends, leverage AI/ML-driven personalization, and explore cutting-edge technologies to enhance product offerings
  • Define Success Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to measure product performance, iterate based on data insights, and optimize user engagement and adoption
  • Collaborate efficiently and effectively with product management team members in Asia

What You Need

  • 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, lending, or financial services
  • User-first mindset, with a deep commitment to designing products that enhance financial wellness and accessibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, cross-functional teams, and iterative product development
  • Proven ability to advocate for workers and employers, balancing business objectives with user satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Technical proficiency, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on API-based and mobile-first products
  • Deep understanding of financial products, compliance, and regulatory landscapes in the U.S. fintech space
  • Bachelor’s degree required; a background in Computer Science or related technical field is a plus
  • Experience in Earned Wage Access (EWA), payroll integrations, embedded finance, or digital banking is preferred
  • Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) to facilitate better collaboration with developers
  • Familiarity with AI, ML, and data-driven personalization in fintech products
  • Passion for financial inclusion and social impact-driven products
