Senior Product Manager

About the role

The organization develops and supports large-scale software platforms used by government agencies and commercial customers while building new cloud-based applications that serve millions of users. The environment includes modern web applications, enterprise software solutions, Agile delivery practices, and cross-functional development teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap development, and execution
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver software solutions
• Gather and prioritize business requirements
• Work with stakeholders to define product vision and objectives
• Cook up and coordinate product releases and feature planning
• Drive continuous product improvements based on user needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience managing software products through the full lifecycle
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Experience collaborating directly with software development teams
• Ability to manage multiple products, priorities, and stakeholders
• Strong communication and requirements-gathering skills
• Experience creating product roadmaps and prioritizing features

• Experience with enterprise software products
• Knowledge of .NET-based application environments
• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
• Government, transportation, or regulated-industry experience
