We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Why Work at Mercer Advisors?" which is like company description. Could be "About the role" or "About Mercer Advisors"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections are present. We have: - Intro: "Why Work at Mercer Advisors?" with description. Could be "About the role"? Actually it's about the company. Could be "About Mercer Advisors". But they said headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. We can use "About the role" for the company description? Might be okay. - Job Summary: description of responsibilities. Could be "Responsibilities". Also there is "Essential Job Functions" list of duties. So we can combine into Responsibilities. - Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: list of qualifications. Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We'll use "Requirements". - Working Conditions: maybe not needed as separate heading unless we have content. It says "Professional office environment..." Could be part of "Working Conditions" but not in list of headings; we could omit if not substantive? It's substantive but not in allowed headings list; but we could still include as a

maybe under Requirements? Probably better to include as a short paragraph under "Working Conditions" but not required heading. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for those categories. We could add a "Working Conditions" heading if we want, but not in list; maybe better to incorporate into Requirements or Responsibilities. - Benefits: we have detailed benefits list. So we need Benefits section. - Pay: we have Base Pay Range $125,000 - $145,000 USD plus incentive compensation. So we need Pay section. - Schedule: not mentioned. So we omit Schedule. - Skills: maybe we could have Skills section separate from Requirements? But we can combine. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation request, etc. Also remove application deadline? It's not boilerplate but maybe considered application instructions? The instruction says remove application instructions. The deadline and rolling basis is application instruction. So we should remove that. Also remove "We are not accepting unsolicited resumes..." etc. Also remove accommodation request, E-Verify, etc. Also remove links etc. We must preserve all substantive information: company description, job summary, essential functions, required knowledge/skills, working conditions, benefits, pay. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list (Essential Job Functions) we need ul li. For requirements list (Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities) also ul li. For benefits list also ul li. We need to use

for prose. We must not include headings with filler text. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's craft:

We must ensure no boilerplate like EEO, accommodation request, etc. We removed those. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The original had "We are not accepting unsolicited resumes from agencies and/or search firms for this job posting." We removed. Also "Mercer Advisors is an equal opportunity employer..." removed. Also "Mercer Advisors participates in E-Verify..." removed. Also accommodation request lines removed. Also "If you need an accommodation..." removed. Also "For information about applicant rights..." removed. Also California CCPA notice removed. Also Washington Fair Chance Act removed. Also "Application Deadline..." removed. Good. Check that we didn't inadvertently include any of those lines. We didn't. Now ensure we used

for each section heading. We used About Mercer Advisors, Job Summary, Responsibilities, Requirements, Working Conditions, Benefits, Pay. All good. We didn't repeat job title. Good. We used
    • for lists. Good. We used

for prose. Good. We didn't include Schedule section because not present. We didn't include Skills section separate; we incorporated into Requirements. We preserved all substantive information: company description, job summary, responsibilities, requirements, working conditions, benefits, pay. Check if any substantive info missed: The original also had "Mercer Advisors offers a workplace that stands apart in the financial industry. More than half of our employees and client-facing professionals are women, reflecting the clients we serve. With a flexible, national footprint, we build our teams around exceptional talent — wherever they are. Join us and help families amplify and simplify their financial lives with confidence." That's included in About Mercer Advisors paragraph. Also "Mercer Advisors was ranked #1 for RIA firms with up to $70 billion in assets. The Barron’s top RIA ranking is based on a combination of metrics – including size, growth, service quality, technology, succession planning and others. No fee was paid for participation in the ranking, however, Mercer Advisors has paid a fee to Barron’s to use the ranking in marketing. Please see important information about the ranking criteria methodology here." That's also substantive about ranking. Should we include? It's about the company ranking. It's part of "Why Work at Mercer Advisors?" maybe we should include. It's substantive. We omitted it inadvertently. We need to include that info. Add to About Mercer Advisors paragraph after the ranking sentence. Let's incorporate: After "Ranked the #1 RIA Firm in the nation by Barron’s for two consecutive years, Mercer Advisors is an independent fiduciary legally bound to act in our clients’ best interests — always." Add sentence about ranking up to $70B, metrics, no fee paid for participation, but they paid to use ranking. Thus paragraph becomes longer. Also there is "*" footnote after "always.*". We can ignore footnote. Also there is "Mercer Advisors offers a workplace that stands apart in the financial industry. More than half of our employees and client-facing professionals are women, reflecting the clients we serve.
