Senior Product Manager
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the referrals product end-to-end — both the Refer (sending) and Acquire (receiving) sides of the platform, where firms send cases, build relationships, and deliver value to their clients. Your job is to make it faster, easier, and more valuable for firms to activate and engage — and to build the loops that keep them coming back.
You'll work closely with a small, highly collaborative product, design, and engineering team, and partner with sales and customer success to understand what firms actually need.
This is a high-ownership role with influence over product direction and company strategy. We're a seed-stage company with strong revenue growth and relationships with some of the largest players in the industry.
What You'll Own
- The referrals product roadmap for both the Refer (sending) and Acquire (receiving) sides of the platform
- Firm onboarding and activation — reducing time-to-first-value for new firms
- Engagement and relationship loops — mechanics that increase return visits, response rates, and depth of participation
- Key metrics: response time, conversion, expiration rate
- Post-conversion workflows — what happens after a referral is sent: updates, communication, transparency
- Customer feedback loops — firm interviews, session observation, low-fidelity experiments, and iteration
About You
- Consumer-growth instincts applied to B2B workflows — you've built activation loops, engagement mechanics, or onboarding flows and know how to translate them to a professional audience
- 5–7+ years of product management experience spanning consumer or high-engagement products and B2B execution
- Build a strong point of view from customer conversations and product data — and can stand behind it
- Own a roadmap and drive it forward with conviction; high ownership, high comfort with ambiguity, no need for constant direction
- Comfortable prototyping and de-risking initiatives before full engineering investment
- AI-native in your workflow; prototype rapidly using AI-enabled tools and fluent in modern product development tooling
- Data-fluent; pull your own numbers using SQL and MongoDB to diagnose issues and measure impact
- Strong product thinking and commercial sense
- Clear, direct communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience designing growth loops, drip campaigns, or activation flows
- Marketplace experience — B2B or B2C — where both sides of the network had to activate
- Familiarity with legal tech, professional services SaaS, or regulated industries
